I'm an independent author with limited stock and while i'll always keep up to date with what stock I have to hand sometimes things may be unavailable for a while, but worry not, i'll always be getting the stock back in as quickly as possible.
I'll be posting each individual order myself at the first available opportunity but while the posting will be prompt, I can't guarantee how long anything will take to post or ship. I have put estimates on the shipping screen, put those are exactly that, estimates. If your order takes slightly longer, I’m afraid that’s just how it is.
As a general rule please allow up to a month, but I will always try and get them to you quicker.
Because of the size of my business I will not be able to offer refunds so please make sure you’re happy with your selections before committing to the order. If there are any problems when the order arrives feel free to email me and I’ll see what I can do, but once again, please remember I’m an independent author running Splatploitation on my own.
